“Short Rider Tips & Tricks Demonstration”
Are you a short (or lazy) rider on a large motorcycle? This session is for you! Join Kandi Spangler – aka “Moto iKandi” as featured in the YouTube Series “Short Girl Problems” – for an informative session aimed towards inseam-challenged riders on any style of motorcycle. Kandi will demonstrate tips and tricks on everything from basic tasks such as uprighting and moving your motorcycle around the garage, to getting your side-stand up, to getting started and stopped on motorcycles that are too tall to stand flat-footed on both sides. Whether you’re short and determined, or you’re tall and lazy – we’ve got tips for you!

“Motorcycle Pick-Up Demonstration”
Join Kandi Spangler – aka “Moto iKandi” as featured in the YouTube Series “Short Girl Problems”, for a hands-on demonstration on the various ways to upright a motorcycle. Kandi will demonstrate techniques for a single-person lift, two-person lift and provide alternative methods for people with ailments or injuries. She’ll also talk about various techniques that can be used on anything from a dirt bike to a large cruiser motorcycle focusing on form and body position to minimize the risk of injury.

“Trailside Maintenance”
Kandi Spangler – aka “Moto iKandi” as featured in the YouTube Series “Short Girl Problems”, offers a presentation on the essential tools to carry on your motorcycle, how to carry them, and tips on how to handle tricky situations like getting your tire back on bead without a powerful air pump or how to minimize weight while being prepared for common maintenance issues. Attendees will also have the opportunity to try plugging a tubeless tire for practice.

Riding Clinics
Kandi Spangler is a former MSF RiderCoach, and two-time U.S. Women’s Team Member and BMW GS Trophy finalist who provides coaching for beginner adventure riders, co-ed or women’s only classes available. Day 1 covers the basics of adventure riding including proper body position, riding while standing, shifting while standing, techniques for accelerating and decelerating and breaking traction. Day 2 gets into tighter turns and counterweighting as well as hill-work. The 1-Day class is a shortened version of the 2-Day class. Up to 20 students max.
