Your Journey Begins Here

Great Adventures start with TRAINING, CONFIDENCE and INSPIRATION. Short or tall, male or female, you have it within you to experience the adventure of your dreams.

Short Girl Problems

At 5′ 2″, I thought most adventure bikes were too tall for me to safely ride, especially in rough, uneven terrain. Lucky for me, I had great mentors who showed me how to get out of my own head and with the right attitude and practice, I could ride almost anything. And while I still believe it’s important to start your training on a bike you can touch with both feet, you can eventually ride taller bikes. Today, I ride a standard height BMW R1250GS, but only after mastering balance and other “short girl” tricks. Learn how YOU can master your big adventure bike with these videos.

GS Trophy Training

My favorite part of training for the GS Trophy, was my vastly improved skills on the trail. Whether you want to compete or not, watch these videos to improve your riding and find greater enjoyment on your next adventure. Check back, as I post new videos often.

Train with Moto iKandi

The greatest enjoyment potential of any motorcycle adventure starts with proper training. And the best way to accomplish that is to sign-up and train with a reputable adventure riding organizations like those found on this website. However, I do occasionally hold my own trainings or co-host with other trainers. When I do, those trainings will be listed here. This isn’t my full-time job, but it is my passion and nothing makes me happier than helping other riders achieve confidence and skill on their motorcycle.

Training is FUN!

Epic Adventures Start with Training

Whether you’re brand new to adventure riding or have been riding for several years, training should be a continuous endeavor to build or even maintain your skills. Motorcycle riding is a perishable skill and like any good muscle, should be exercised consistently.
